I used this one month ago. Thought they were gone! Must have missed a nit or two. Trying this once more!

Comment:
I used this treatment as directed and it killed the lice. The nits need to be removed with the comb provided. There is no shampoo that kills the nits. They need to be mechanically removed.

I have used this cream 2 times to treat head lice and it did kill the live lice it did not do naything for the nits.
