Ease of Use
I wanted to cut back on smoking after a brief relapse and I also wanted to lose a few pounds and not gonna lie it helps make me feel better mentally too.

Ease of Use
I am using this in combination with Habitrol 14mg nicotine patch. The gum took some getting used to because I was chewing it too fast and getting hiccups.
