An adult over 60:

Precaution: RISK OF SKIN ATROPHY, ULCERATION, ESP. W/DECREASED SKIN CIRCULATION

Giving Mycolog II topical to a child under 12:

Relative Contraindication: LIMIT USE. MAY BE MORE SUSCEPTIBLE TO TOPICAL STEROID-INDUCED HPA-AXIS SUPPR.
