If you are:
FDB Contraindicated or Not Recommended: FDA CATEGORY C;SALICYLATES NOT RECOMMENDED ESPECIALLY IN 3RD TRIMESTER/NEAR TERM
Absolute Contraindication: ONE REPORT OF METABOL ACIDOSIS W/ASA;RISK OF REYE'S SYN W/VIRAL ILLNESS/FEVER
An adult over 60:
Precaution: MORE SUSCEPTIBLE TO TOXIC EFFECTS; MAY NEED TO REDUCE DOSE
Giving Mobigesic oral to a child under 12:
Relative Contraindication: DO NOT USE IN VIRAL ILLNESS; POSSIBLE INCREASED RISK OF REYE SYNDROME.
