Orthovisc bought me some extra time on my left knee before I eventually had to have a TKR. Using Orthovisc, I was able to postpone my TKR for approximately 2 - 2 1/2 years. I just received my first injection in my right knee as I also DJD on the right knee. Hoping for good results as well.

He then recommended the Orthovisc as nothing gave me ... Show Full Comment

The injections were ineffective. I didn't notice any change at all. I am 67 yr old female awaiting replacement surgery for both knees; possibly they are too far gone for any kind of help.

I am currently in the 4th month after having the 3 orthovisc injections.I had no side effects whatsoever.I had a scope done in 12/2012 on my right interior miniscus.Things were fine for about 15 months and then I gradually started having pain at the point of surgery. The injections were not too bad .For me, the injections were well worth the effort and cost.I had to pay $200.00. Prior to the inject ... Show Full Comment
