Just TWO tablets of Lexapro 10mg completely destroyed my sexual functioning, probably for life. It's called PSSD: post-SSRI sexual dysfunction. This evil drug will not do any you good - it's no better than placebo at treating any mental health condition. I've been taking 10 mg doseage for 18 months. It has worked great for treating depression and helps me sleep better. The only complaint I have is the inability to cry. Sometimes crying is cleansing, but I cannot cry now...before starting Lexapro I cried all the time.
