Has been very effective for me. I apply a 20 mg patch every 7 days. I do have some other meds for breakthrough pain but don't need them often. I am in acute renal shutdown and waiting for next week to get here so I can get my pacemaker and defibrillator implanted but until then my poor feet are SO swollen so a few times I have taken the other meds at bedtime. The patch is easy to apply ( a ... Show Full Comment

Treating constant pain from Fibromyalgia. I have been on 20 mcg/hr for about 14 months and it's effectiveness has definitely lessened over time. Doesn't seem to help much now and I am about ready to wean off. I am now realizing that the patch poops out after 4 days, and it takes over 24 hrs to feel the effects when I put on a new patch. I am feeling withdrawal symptoms much of the time, my ... Show Full Comment
