I used this for a Colorectal Screening. It was effective and gentle. The key to a gentle prep out come is this: Eat a low fiber, light diet for 3 days prior to the test day, stay well hydrated all 3 days, ease up on caffeine intake as caffeine can dehydrate. The day before the exam drink your fluids! I also would throw a pinch of good quaility sea salt in my mouth to add minerals to my body to ... Show Full Comment

With my first prep for a colonoscopy (5 years ago) I think I had to drink a half-gallon of solution. So this time, I didn't expect sodium, potassium, and magnesium sulfate to taste yummy. But I was happy to drink only 16 ounces of Suprep. This time was a much easier experience. I think what worked for me was cutting fiber from my diet three days in advance. I avoided ice cold water during the ... Show Full Comment

Worked within 25 minutes. I experienced chills, little amount of cramping and terrible taste. Second course was more difficult to get down. Mayne if the second dose was a different flavor ... it may lessen the disgusting expectation of familiarity.

The worst part of this is the taste! It is the vilest tasting stuff. I almost threw up after taking it and I never throw up. I also experienced chills so bad my husband had to bring in a space heater into the bathroom for me. I shook uncontrolably for about a half hour. Thought I was gonna be violently ill. When that finally quit for about 3 hours I was queen of the porcelain throne. One thing I w ... Show Full Comment

I am a 26 year old female having a colonoscopy done for the first time. The first time I tried to prep I was given Nulytely. It's a gallon of fluid to drink, and I barely got 8ounces down before vomitting. This time I was given Suprep. Drank the first dose at 5:25pm, and by 6pm I had severe stomach cramps, chills, chest pain, and the biggest headache ever. Started going to the bathroom at 6pm ... Show Full Comment
