This salty bubblegum tasting crap made me nauseous as heck. It worked, but taking it was unbearable and I had to fight not to throw it up.

This was my third colonoscopy, so I was not concerned with the preparation. I started the prep at 6:00 pm (night before procedure). Within 15 minutes I was doubled over in pain. I have been in labor twice and related the pain to that I experienced with labor pains The pains (cramping/contractions) would come every 2 minutes like a wave of intense pain. within minutes of drinking 10 oz of the 16 oz I threw up and got very shaky and a bad headache, I called my Dr. and he told me not to finish the drink and take Tylenol, and since I have had a heart attack in the past asked if I felt I had to go to the Hosp. This was my first time of taking SUPREP. I took my first dose at 6pm the day before and the second dose at 9am the day of. I had a 1:30pm appointment. I was a bit jittery for about 5 minutes, after taking the medicine but it cleared up pretty fast. It was a sickening salty/sweet taste but was tolerable. Trust your sense of taste with this. The dilution is too low and that caused me about 14 hours of stomach pain,right up to the exam. It needs to be diluted more. So, if you have a history of sensitive stomach, do NOT use this "as is" per instructions. Get your Gastro guy on the phone and make him go on the record about it in person.
